I was already feeling the song because it really speaks the truth. But, now that you’ve put in the Jena 6 situation I have gained a new level of respect for you! I live in Alexandria, La (20 min. away from Jena) and the events that happened with that hit me close to the heart. Your song relates directly to the charges that were being thrown at the young men for what? a simple school fight!! Man Plies you have never lied. my uncle have been in prison for I think 14 yrs. now (armed robbery I think, I was young and nobody wounld tell me what was going on) but that song really get to me. Man my brother in jail now for a drug charge and they talking about giving my brother 15 to life in jail and he got a two kids and he ain’t nothin but 19 man. Yall keep him in yall prayers man cuz I don’t want him spending the rest of his life in jail over some fucking drugs. but anyway it’s hard down here where I’m from. That man was tried as an adult at the age of 16 in the commonwealth of VA for aggravated assault & murder for getting into an altercation with a white boy in Altavista, VA back in ‘95……..maybe only 5% of the entire town was black at the time. Just like with the Jena 6 a fight turned into something ugly. He was drinking with the white boy at his house & of course when he got a little liquor in him…….his true feelings came out. Called Timboo every n*gga in the book……..my big homey took the fight to him. The fight ended up on the white boy’s front porch where Timboo continued to beat his azz……..make a long story short the white boy fell down a row of cement steps off of the front porch & bumped his head. He was knocked out & the police was on the way so Timboo hauled azz. When the police arrived at the scene they decided that it was more important to go chase Timboo then to make sure the white boy was okay. So the police took off after Timboo & left the white boy there to die. They caught up to Timboo like 5 blocks down the street & beat the sh*t out of him……pepper sprayed………& slammed him on the ground causing him to break his collarbone. The white boy ended up dying later on that night from the head injury but the police should have made sure that man had medical attention before they went chasing my homeboy. My n*gga was a week away from his 17th birthday when they gave him 22 years. Should of been involuntary manslaughter & he may have looked 5-10 back then but they threw the book at him & n*ggas couldn’t afford to get him a real lawyer so he had to be represented by some punk azz white b*tch appointed by the courts who ain’t give f*ck whether he lived or died. That man 29 years old now & still got to wear another 10 years before he see the light of day. F*ck them p*ssy azz crackers! I’ll kill ever one of them cock suckers & then piss on they grave. well i got for the world.three was three juves charged with agg assault,simple robbery,veh theft,kidnapping and was given millon dollars bonds.here’s the catch here,the ages of these kids at the time of arrest,16,15,13.well the two oldest bond was droppped to 125,000 each,keep in mind that the 13 year old male is still under 1 millon dollars bond.well this kid is 15 now and is still in jail under a millon dollar bond,has been scheduled for court severals times,but didn’t even make it to the court rrom for some unknown reason.this kids is in the county jail housed with adults due to being charged as an adult.my point to this comment is that this kid is still in jail with a millon dollar bond to this day and given a court date of nov 13 2007,9am.they offer him a plea of 25 years.r u kidding me here.please someone anybody should check out the justice system here.mississippi is still in the thirtys not the fifthys,well we r tring all we can to get some type of justice for this kid that should have been charged as an juv in the first place.i’m going to go a little futher in given the name of this person so anyone could verify this information.go to harrison county sherriff department.heres some information Personal Information

100 years is the CERTIFIED truth. I am one of many many baby mommas who are on the flip side of the hundred years. My sons father just got hit with 10 years out of state for drug charges. He thought his plea deal (which he didn’t have to snitch on anyone to get) of 2 years was good to go but because the judge chose him to make an example of “drug dealers”, she through the plea out the window. Now his son will be 14 and his daughter will be 22 when he gets out. A close friend of mine lost her kids dad to the feds for 15 years for conspiracy. These men may not have been father of the year but now they will never have the chance to even be a part of their children’s lives at all. Our children are young and even though we are somewhat educated women being a man is something that can’t be taught it has to be learned by example. Whether our men (hypothetically speaking) are Goons or College Professors they are our men and they are taking them away from us and our children. Plies I love you for being real. First of all, I’m currently serving 5 years probation in the state of Georgia. I’ve been in the system since I was 13 and I’m 28. From 13 to 28 I’ve either been on probation or incarcerated. So I’ve seen a lot in this system. At the age of 15 I was given a 5 year sentence. I served 50 months of that sentence, and was released at 19. When I first heard the song 100 years I agreed with everything that Plies was saying. But then the more I heard it, the more hypocritical the song seemed. Now we all know that there is racisim in America, especially in the south particularly Georgia and Florida. But one thing that we as black people have to understand is that they can’t give you the time if you refrain from commiting the crime. You can’t go out and try to fuck the next man over then complain about society trying to hide your mothafuckin ass. For example if a nigga broke in your house and you walked in on him what would you do, you would probably shoot the nigga dead right, and do the same if you caught him stealing your car. I know I would as a real street nigga! So why get mad if the crackers sentence the nigga 100 years. They might be taking his life, but wouldn’t you had you caught him? You wouldn’t be in the court room crying about his sentence, you would’nt recommend that the judge give him a lighter sentence for fucking with your shit. And its the same thing with this drug shit . I know people that will kill if somebody sold their momma some dope, but yet they sell the shit to another people’s moma. And when the crackers catch you with a few rocks in your pocket they try to burn your ass. But once again wouldn’t you if the drugs were being sold to your moma, wouldn’t you burn the nigga that sold them to her. So I hear what Plies is saying but niggaz have to start taking responsibility for their actions.
And as far as the black and white shit go, man you have to look at it like this: There is far more crime in the black community than in white communities all across america. Where in america do you have white boys on the corner trapping, gang-banging, jacking, etc. . Only in predominantly black neighborhoods. So if an elected officaial wanted to detur crime where would you start, duh the fucking black community!! You target the high crime areas. This shit is not rocket science. My family and I are fighting the system for my youngest brother who just turned 18 and on his way to college. He, his cousin and a friend have been jailed for mistaken identity in an alleged armed robbery and car jacking. He has no record, never been in trouble with the law and they set his bond and $275,000. I just ask that you all PLEASE keep my family in your prayers. It is so sad what we have to go through to prove their innocents. This has caused my family a lot of heartache and grief. Not to mention my brother, his cousin and friend who they have in jail for something they did not even do. All of my dad’s brothers are in jail for 25+ years a piece for drugs. That is crazy. I know some white boys that jumped and killed another one and got off without a slap on the wrist. I just got my property back today but I had read in the newspaper how 3 D.O.C officials had got demoted for charging people for a transfer but I don’t know how my name got caught up in this.
this is a part of the letter and if the officials were black they would have to fired and put in jail and the laywer used my brother’s name to get these corrupted racist dogs and they only got demoted and still have there jobs, while my brother is in confinement being investigated for something he had no knowlegde about. Just like with the Jena 6 a fight turned into something ugly. He was drinking with the white boy at his house & of course when he got a little liquor in him…….his true feelings came out. The fight ended up on the white boy’s front porch where Timboo continued to beat his azz……..make a long story short the white boy fell down a row of cement steps off of the front porch & bumped his head. He was knocked out & the police was on the way so Timboo hauled azz. When the police arrived at the scene they decided that it was more important to go chase Timboo then to make sure the white boy was okay. So the police took off after Timboo & left the white boy there to die. They caught up to Timboo like 5 blocks down the street & beat the sh*t out of him……pepper sprayed………& slammed him on the ground causing him to break his collarbone. The white boy ended up dying later on that night from the head injury but the police should have made sure that man had medical attention before they went chasing my homeboy. My n*gga was a week away from his 17th birthday when they gave him 22 years. Should of been involuntary manslaughter & he may have looked 5-10 back then but they threw the book at him & n*ggas couldn’t afford to get him a real lawyer so he had to be represented by some punk azz white b*tch appointed by the courts who ain’t give f*ck whether he lived or died. These men may not have been father of the year but now they will never have the chance to even be a part of their children’s lives at all. First of all, I’m currently serving 5 years probation in the state of Georgia. I’ve been in the system since I was 13 and I’m 28. From 13 to 28 I’ve either been on probation or incarcerated. So I’ve seen a lot in this system. At the age of 15 I was given a 5 year sentence. I served 50 months of that sentence, and was released at 19. When I first heard the song 100 years I agreed with everything that Plies was saying. But then the more I heard it, the more hypocritical the song seemed. Now we all know that there is racisim in America, especially in the south particularly Georgia and Florida. But one thing that we as black people have to understand is that they can’t give you the time if you refrain from commiting the crime. You can’t go out and try to fuck the next man over then complain about society trying to hide your mothafuckin ass. For example if a nigga broke in your house and you walked in on him what would you do, you would probably shoot the nigga dead right, and do the same if you caught him stealing your car. I know I would as a real street nigga! So why get mad if the crackers sentence the nigga 100 years. They might be taking his life, but wouldn’t you had you caught him? You wouldn’t be in the court room crying about his sentence, you would’nt recommend that the judge give him a lighter sentence for fucking with your shit. And its the same thing with this drug shit . And when the crackers catch you with a few rocks in your pocket they try to burn your ass. My mother and my father have been in jail all my life in fact my mother has practicly been in and out of jail all my like . i know but then i dont know her and i miss her alot because she has missed everything in my life , i think that the reason she goes to jail is becaus she violates her probation by being wit the wrong people and the only reason she would be on probation is because she was in th wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people i really thik thats a stupid reason to go to jail but she’s always there fpr the same reason so it doesnt bother me as much but like i said i do miss her , and my day i dont know if he’s alive or dead because he’s been in jail so long i miss them both somtimes i hate the system

My family and I are fighting the system for my youngest brother who just turned 18 and on his way to college. He, his cousin and a friend have been jailed for mistaken identity in an alleged armed robbery and car jacking. He has no record, never been in trouble with the law and they set his bond and $275,000. I just ask that you all PLEASE keep my family in your prayers. It is so sad what we have to go through to prove their innocents. This has caused my family a lot of heartache and grief. Not to mention my brother, his cousin and friend who they have in jail for something they did not even do. We as black people need to form unity amongst our communities and stop the violence and hatred against each other. We have enough hatred against simply because we are BLACK…. I have a cousin that was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole at the age of 17. He did not commit the crime, but because he is not a snitch, they gave him the years. He was an honor roll student who was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Louisiana police are dirty and don’t care who is in prison, as long as someone pays the price for the crime. All of my dad’s brothers are in jail for 25+ years a piece for drugs. That is crazy. I know some white boys that jumped and killed another one and got off without a slap on the wrist. Life in the dirty south, and everywhere else, is nothing nice. I want to thank you for standing up and being the man who is going to speak the truth, regardless of who’s feelings is hurt. Well Mike I’m sorry I took so long to write you back, these people had me under investigation about some laywer up in Tallahassee I don’t even know, saying he is paying to find inmates who want to pay for a transfer when they told me this, I was shock, so they took all my letters, legalwork, paperwork to see if they can find his name anywhere in my paperwork. I just got my property back today but I had read in the newspaper how 3 D.O.C officials had got demoted for charging people for a transfer but I don’t know how my name got caught up in this.
this is a part of the letter and if the officials were black they would have to fired and put in jail and the laywer used my brother’s name to get these corrupted racist dogs and they only got demoted and still have there jobs, while my brother is in confinement being investigated for something he had no knowlegde about. It goes to show you that crackers hate when you exposed them and tell the truth about them.
